Configuring Phases

  1. From the Administrator Tools tab on the SmartSolve Portal Page, click Designer > Workflow Designer.
  2. Create a new workflow or open an existing workflow.
  3. Drag the Phase object from the Toolbox and drop it onto the canvas.
  4. Left click on the Phase object.
    Result: The Properties panel for the highlighted phase is displayed.

  1. Enter a Name for the phase.
  2. Enter a Due Date for the phase (interval needed to apply for due date). See Configuring Formulas for additional information.
  3. Enter a Description of the phase.
  4. Check the Synchronize Entity checkbox if you wish to synchronize with the user defined Phase you have entered in the Name field above.
